The Royal and Presidential Ensuite accommodations are available from £25-£50 per person per night for Bed and Breakfast depending on how many nights one is staying and when. Enquire about rates. A deposit for the first night’s stay is required to secure the booking. In the event of cancellation a charge will be incurred unless we are able to re-let the room. Bookings are only confirmed on receipt of a deposit by Paypal or a personal cheque, cash payment or travelers cheque. Your account may be settled by cash, Paypal, personal cheque drawn from a British bank or sterling travellers cheque.

It is against the law to smoke in accommodation in Scotland so we have made the green house available for guests smoking when the weather is suitable.
We advise guests to take out travel insurance against unforeseen cancellation.
