There are two ensuite rooms available at our bed and breakfast. The Presidential is a double ensuite room with an authentic Scottish feel. The Royal Ensuite is a twin / double room offering everything you would want from a trip to Scotland. Each room comes with the following facilities;

Only 10-15 minutes to Princes Street, and Edinburgh Castle, and very close to major transport links. Close to Blackhall, Davidson’s Mains,Lauriston Castle and Cramond Village and Roman Fort.

Zeebrugge(Belgium)-Rosyth(Scotland)ferry. We are straight down the M90,A90 Queensferry Road, Edinburgh.       Launderette down the road for our Australian visitors.
